My Dear Friends,

In just three weeks time we will be celebrating the Feast of St Gregory the Great, and details about the time of Mass etc. are on this newsletter. It is always a great day and hopefully we'll have a glorious sunny day!

But such a celebration involves a huge amount of help. So please do consider signing one or more of the lists in the porch or get in touch directly with Gillian at the Presbytery. Help will be needed both in setting up at the beginning of the day, serving during the day, and clearing up at the end of the day; to say nothing of the food we need!

Sadly, the day will be tinged with an element of sadness, for it will be my last Mass as your Parish Priest here at St Gregory the Great, but God is good and we look forward to the new adventure that He is preparing for us. So let's make this a truly joyful and blessed celebration and have a wonderful day together!

God Bless.

A WEEK OF ACCOMPANIED PRAYER - 22nd - 28th September

Please help yourself!.

ST GREGORY'S DAY - 8th September
