THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE
The Lord is our judge. The one thing we know for certain is that His judgement favours the humble, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.

My Dear Friends,

Many thanks to those who baked cakes and to those who provided hospitality at the healing Mass last Saturday.

Friday of this coming week is the Feast of All Saints, and is a Holy Day of Obligation in this country. There will be two Masses at 10 am and at 8 pm.  The following day, All Souls, while not a Holy Day, is one where most people like to come to Mass to remember their loved ones who have died. Since this year it falls on Saturday this means there will only be one Mass (at 10am) because the evening Mass (5.30pm) will be the first Mass of Sunday. During the month think about the possibility of coming to Mass during the week if you can, and joining in the prayer of the whole church for those who have died.  At the 6pm Mass on Sunday 10th November we will remember especially those who have died in the last year.  Their families are particularly welcome. Please let them know.
